This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through leshop.au and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


UPDATED RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (AU/NZ)

This policy replaces any previous versions and includes a new rule regarding exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

*Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached)
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. No Exchanges Except for Faulty Items

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or unsuitable items.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

This ensures faster processing and better stock accuracy.

Exceptions

We do offer exchanges only if the product is faulty, in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@leshop.au
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the instructions provided

Returns sent without approval may be delayed or rejected.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is rejected, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Banks/payment providers may take up to 10 business days to display the refund

Store credit (if offered) is issued within 1–2 business days.


6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will cover return shipping
  • We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the ACL

We may request photos or additional information to assess the fault.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear
  • Socks (if packaging is opened)
  • Items marked down (excluding the welcome discount)
  • Gift cards


8. New Zealand Orders – Duties & Taxes

Customs duties/taxes collected directly by NZ Customs are non-refundable by us.
