Ordering
Who can I contact if I have problems with my order?
Our team are available if you have any problems. They will gladly help you if you have any questions about our products or experience any technical difficulties. We strive to solve your problem as soon as possible.
Can I reserve items in LE.SHOP?
Reserving products is unfortunately not possible at this time.
Am I required to make a purchase if I add items to my cart?
No, you are absolutely not obligated to purchase the items you have placed in your cart. The digital shopping cart resembles a shopping cart in real life: You can fill up your cart and then empty it out if you need to. Once you reach the check out, you can decide if you want to go ahead with the purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
To ship to Australia, the shipping cost is $12 AUD.
To ship to New Zealand, the shipping cost is $25 NZD.
How will my order be shipped?
Order processing generally takes 1-3 business days with shipping times being determined by Australia Post. Please note ordering larger volumes may cause delayed dispatch. Busy periods, public holidays and the festive season may also cause delayed dispatch. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched that you can use to track the status of your shipment.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
No, at this time, we ship only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
